What qualifications do candidates need to participate in the Graduate Programme?
All of our graduates are full-time employees of Petroineos on fixed-term contracts. We typically have a global start date for grads which is in September. This way, we ensure they have finished their studies, and also that they can build a network of peers around them for on-going support.

What are some of the key requirements Petroineos look for in a graduate?
- It is highly beneficial to have prior practical experience gained through either an internship, student jobs, or other employment, although it is not a strict requirement.
- We are looking for driven recent graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification, preferably in a field related to the position.
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and writing are essential for thriving in a multicultural setting, equally adaptability will be key to excel in the program.
