Application Review

Phone Screen
We'll schedule a call which will typically last between 20 - 30 minutes, for you to speak with either a member of our Talent and Resourcing Team or your potential future line manager.
The purpose of the call is to get to know each other a bit better and make sure we are aligned in terms of being a match for each other (i.e. the job matches your expectations / future aspirations and for the company, we think your skills and experience match our requirements). The call will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process and so on.
If we don't think you'll be a match this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you'd do the same if you don't think the role's going to be right for you.

1st Stage Interview
If things are still looking good, depending on the role, we will schedule a 30 - 60 minutes interview with you, your potential future manager and someone else from the team or wider business. We'll be looking to understand more about your experience, how that fits our role and what makes you tick.
We'll be transparent and honest. Nothing's off the table. So if you have questions off the back of the last call make sure you ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you.

2nd Stage Interview
"And we rollin', rollin', Rollin' on the river!". As conversations continue to develop positively, depending on the role we will schedule a 60 - 90 minutes interview with you, someone from our Leadership and HR team. We'll be looking to understand more about your experience whilst delving into behavioural and organisational values to see if how you work aligns with our company culture.

3rd Stage Interview
Almost there! Typically by the 3rd interview we have a deep understanding as to whether we think you are a great fit for the role and company. This interview typically lends itself to you meeting with the Senior Executive / VP or Head of Department for 30 - 60 minutes.
This interview will provide you with the opportunity to ask first-hand what the vision is for the role / team / department and build rapport with your senior manager. Equally, they will be gauging if you're ready for the challenge and how you will make your mark on the team.

Employment Offer
If the hiring panel are aligned and think you're the right person for the company, we'll make you a formal employment offer. Documents will be sent via e-mail and you can sign digitally via Docu-Sign. At this point we will also start our background checks process.
Note: We'll wait until your offer is fully signed and notify you before reaching out to your current employer for references.
